Chris Humfrey started Wild Action in 1994. Wild Action was the first Company in Victoria to pioneer interactive wildlife birthday parties. Since that time, 'every man and his dog' is providing reptile birthday services. However, remember we operate from our own private zoo facility. We still provide ourselves on being the best educational birthday party around. Our diversity of wildlife is unbeatable, our staff are professionals in their fields (not casual weekend employees), and we really do change kids lives!
Your child and guests will be absolutely mesmerised. Imagine having a live baby salt-water crocodile, giant insects, baby hand-reared kangaroo, green-tree frog, goanna-lizard, bearded dragon, stumpy-tailed lizard, giant (non-venomous) python snakes and vibrantly coloured parrots inhabiting your house or venue. We are constantly improving and changing the animals in which we display. Currently our staff are rotating grey-headed flying fox, squirrel gliding possums, rufous bettongs, long-nosed potoroos, dingo puppies and hairy nosed wombats!
Learn all about each animals ecology - where it lives, why it looks the way it does and what it eats. All animals are hand-reared at our private zoo. We have over 2000+ animals to select from. Our animal friends are safe to touch and hold. We ethically handle and display our wildlife babies. The animal's welfare is of paramount importance.
Photo opportunities abound! Every child has a turn holding an animal. The birthday child participates in everything, holding each animal - making their day a truly memorable experience.
Wild Action is not sure who will enjoy our program more - the parents or the kids! One thing is absolutely certain, the birthday child will remember this very special visit for the rest of their lives.
