Unfortunately our planet is not a perfect place. Human beings have destroyed habitat for many species, causing extinctions of countless animals throughout the World. Most of this destruction has occurred through greed and sheer ignorance.
Most of us these days, live in inner city suburbia. Sadly many of us have lost 'touch' with our hunter-gather ways. We have all become homogenous (the same), with no connection with our local environment and the biodiversity it contains. Children no longer catch tadpoles at the local pond, explore the bush, or catch lizards. Instead, computers, television and a more sedentary lifestyle have become one of choice.
The Team at Wild Action strive to rekindle people's connection with Nature and create a greater empathy for all things WILD. Our three-dimensional programs help people to reconnect with the natural world. By getting close-up with animals and learning about their ecology, hopefully we will rekindle their passion for greater learning and understanding of our wildlife counterparts.
After all, you won't save something....if you don't love and cherish it. Will you?
